Shipping over Holiday Closure - Dec 21st to Jan 6th
We will be closed from December 21st, re-opening on January 6th.
- If you place an order for a stroller or past collection accessory during this time, please expect up to a week for processing time
- If you purchase a replacement part, please note that it will not ship until the week of January 6th when we re-open our offices
Canada Post Strike - Updated Nov 18 2024
While Canada Post is on strike, we will be using alternate shipping services for any packages that would have shipped with Canada Post. If you have any questions about this, please email us at info@babyjack.ca.
Return Policy
We do not offer returns or exchanges on any Bumbleride product (including replacement parts) purchased through canada.bumbleride.com.
If you would like to try a Bumbleride stroller before you purchase it, we recommend purchasing through one of our trusted retailers, as you can visit a store in your area. To find a local retailer, please check out our store locator.

Shipping
Strollers and accessories qualify for free shipping (excludes shipping to addresses in Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut)*.
Orders with replacement parts will be charged a flat rate shipping fee based on the destination address and size of the parts. To see the shipping fee for your order, please go through to the checkout page. If you have a stroller or accessory in your cart, as well as a replacement part, please note that there will be shipping charged on the replacement part.
Bumbleride Canada ships to Canadian addresses only. We do not ship to international addresses. Find Bumbleride in your region.
All orders will ship with tracking provided. Strollers will require a signature on delivery - please monitor the tracking provided and make sure someone is home to receive the package. If there is no one available to receive the package, a Delivery Notice Card will be left in your mail receptacle that directs you to the designated post office to pick up the item.
Bumbleride Canada reserves the right to cancel and/ or not ship an order at any time.
*Free Shipping does not include addresses in Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut. For shipping strollers or accessories to Yukon, Northwest Territories and Nunavut, we do our best to provide a shipping estimate “in cart”, however some remote addresses must be calculated manually after the order is placed. We will contact you as soon as possible with any updates to your shipping, at which time you can decide if you would like to go ahead with the order or cancel for no charge.
Order Processing Time:
You may experience extended order processing time as a result of enhanced safety measures implemented for the well-being of our team and partners. We thank you for your patience. Orders may take up to 5 business days to process.
As soon as your order ships, you can expect to receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Orders containing more than one product or products that are comprised of more than one package can sometimes be split in transit. As a result, your order may be delivered in separate deliveries.
We are not responsible for orders marked as delivered by Canada Post or another shipping carrier that are lost or stolen.
Customers are responsible for ensuring all order information provided is correct. Orders cannot be adjusted or cancelled after submitted. If you provide an incorrect delivery address, please contact us ASAP so that it can be amended. We cannot be held responsible for any loss incurred as a result of the provision of an incorrect delivery address.
