Worth it
My husband and I spent a long time reviewing strollers before choosing the Era model. We live in WI and therfore experience harsh winters w sand and salt on the roadways and sidewalks. We also live at the end of a very long dirt country driveway. We did not want to settle for a stroller that had plastic wheels or wheel attachments that would accumulated dirt or salt and ruin the tires. This is one of the only strollers out there that offers a strong bike like rubber tires. We also appreciate the fact that our local bike shop can fix our tire if ever needing to (no problems yet). Seriously though, every aspect of this stroller has passed my test. Adaptor for our graco stroller is easy to attach and detach. The stroller folds easily and is not back breaking to lift in and out of our vehicle. Very smooth ride and easy to menuver. The only downside is the small cargo area below (I do not pack light so many stroller options would not have enough space for me). Honestly though, the ease of manuverability makes up for this. I also have high marks for the costumer service. When I ordered the stroller online it said that it was in stock. I recieved an email from costumer service stating that unfortunately the stroller was out of stock, but they looked into other options for me and found one that was being returned (the original customer had it sent to try it out and ended up liking the 3 wheel model more). The stroller had been taken out of the box, tried out and put back in. I was offered that one as a reasonably discounted price due to the situation. The lady that assisted me kept me up to date on shipping and when it would arrive. Seriously m, very good company to work with. Lastly.....the compliments I get on the stroller from other parents are constant. Sometimes I wonder if my stroller gets more compliments then my baby??
